Tickets to all events can be purchased through this website. Please see the homepage for details of current functions on sale.

Typically the club has to provide final numbers and payments for events 7 days prior to the event. This date is typically the last sale date for the event (unless it has sold out prior)

While we understand that things happen which may prevent you from attending an event we feel it isn’t fair for the other members to have to absorb the cost of people who can no longer attend.

As such the club has defined the following policy with regards to ticket refunds:

1. Where an event is still on sale we can refund tickets
2. Where an event has sold out and we have a waitlist the club will facilitate connecting members with tickets they don’t need with members who wish tickets.
3. Where an event has closed and not sold out the member is welcome to transfer those tickets to another member who wants them. Please email the club to advise

The Rewards Program was cancelled effective April 1 2020. 

After reviewing its usage it was decided that it was no longer adding value for our members.

​Many of the offers are still available through the Suncorp Benefits Portal as well as other websites. 

In place of the program, a variety of tickets will regularly be raffled off to our members across Australia.

Information Collected:

Voluntary Information for Services and Features

We [also] collect personally identifiable information when you choose to use certain other features of the Site, including: i) making purchases, ii) consenting to receive email or text messages about upcoming promotions or events, iii) consenting to receive email, iv) participating in our forum, iv) commenting on articles, and others. When you choose to use these additional features, we require you to provide your “Contact Information” in addition to other personal information that may be required to complete a transaction such as your phone number, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information.  Occasionally, we may also request information such as your shopping preferences and demographics which will help us better serve you and our others users in the future.

Cookies

Our site uses “cookies” and other tracking technologies. Cookies enable us to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to sign in repeatedly.  Most browsers allow you to control cookies, including whether or not to accept them and how to remove them. If a user’s system is idle for a defined time, the cookie will expire, forcing the user to sign in again to continue their session. This prevents unauthorised access to the user’s information while they are away from their computer.
